By accessing our website (`heavenspaportblair.com`) or booking wellness rituals at our sanctuary in Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling your therapy sessions.
1. Reservation and Scheduling Policies
To secure your preferred massage ritual or custom couples package, we recommend booking online or via our direct hotline (+91 89009 06565) in advance:
- Arrival Time: We suggest arriving at least 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete check-in procedures and transition into a relaxed state.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your therapy duration may be shortened to avoid delay for subsequent guests. The full session price will still apply.
- Booking Security: Online reservation requests submitted through our portals are subject to review and confirmation by our front desk.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We coordinate our therapists' schedules to provide prompt, dedicated service. If you need to change or cancel your appointment:
- Please notify us at least 4 hours before your session start time.
- For block bookings or couples retreats, we require rescheduling notices at least 24 hours in advance.
- In cases of no-show or repetitive last-minute cancellations, Heaven Spa reserves the right to request advance reservation deposits for future bookings.
3. Spa Conduct and Safety Guidelines
To maintain our sanctuary’s peaceful atmosphere and protect both guests and practitioners, the following rules apply:
- Quiet Environment: Mobile phones and electronic devices must be silenced or set to vibrate upon entering the spa suites.
- Code of Conduct: Respectful behavior is required at all times. Any inappropriate comments, gestures, or actions will result in immediate termination of the treatment, forfeiture of the session fee, and a permanent ban from the facility.
- Hygiene: Guests are encouraged to shower before their session. Shower facilities are available at our sanctuary (ideal for travelers arriving from active water sports in Havelock or flights at Veer Savarkar Airport).
4. Health and Medical Conditions
Certain physical therapies are contraindicated for specific medical conditions:
- Guests must declare any active medical issues, allergies, skin conditions, recent surgeries, or pregnancy during check-in.
- Our treatments are designed for wellness and stress relief and do not substitute for clinical medical procedures.
- Heaven Spa is not liable for adverse physical responses resulting from non-disclosure of medical conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Heaven Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left in treatment suites or lobby areas. We recommend leaving valuables in your hotel safe.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of spa services or online system usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram), Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
7. Modifications to Service Terms
